New Mexico writing programs are varied. Some schools offer a BA in English while others hold classes that would benefit any New Mexico writer in terms of brushing up on basics. NEW MEXICO WRITING PROGRAMS

Eastern New Mexico University has both undergraduate and graduate degrees in English. The undergrad programs include a BA in English and a BS in English with a secondary licensure degree plan.

New Mexico State University has programs that focus in on Rhetoric and Professional Communication, Literature and Creative Writing. Offerings in the English department are available at both the graduate and undergraduate level.

Santa Fe University of Art and Design offers a BA in Creative Writing and Literature. Those in the program can choose two specializations from the following list: poetry, screenwriting, fiction and creative nonfiction.
