Pandora’s…Radio?

July 13, 2008 lifestyle No Comments

Pandora is probably my favorite mythological character. I love the idea of Pandora’s box and all that goes with it.

Pandora is also an innovative type of online radio. Just type in your favorite musical artist and Pandora will create a radio station that plays them as well as similar music. Pretty cool, and you can do it while you work. This is part of something called the Music Genome Project, and there is a freebie version plus a subscriber area with more advanced features including the ability to send Pandora playlists to your cell phone. Not bad, eh?

I haven’t yet discovered all the features on this thing, but feel free to comment and add anything you know for others…enjoy!
