Freelancer Freebie For iPhone Users: Track Your Snacks

August 23, 2009 gear, lifestyle No Comments

lose itby Catherine L. Tully

Do you find yourself snacking too much throughout the day? Many freelance writers find that it can be hard to stay active when they log so much time on the computer. Eating extra calories is something to try and shy away from, but it can be hard to keep track of how many you are taking in…

If you happen to be an iPhone user, try the free app “Lose It”. I can highly recommend this one because I use it myself. You can search categories or customize foods and there is a way to add exercise as well. Know the calorie count of everything you ate during the day and see if you are snacking within reason. This is a fantastic app–I can’t say enough about it.
